What is included in the rental?

Included in the rent:

Quilometragem ilimitada
CDW - Damage and collision insurance with excess
Travel Assistance
Access to a replacement car
Free cancellation up to 48 hours
Legal taxes (VAT)

What is not included in the rental:

Additional extras - to be applied to the total number of rental days
Additional drivers

Documents required for hire

It's necessary:

ID card or equivalent document
Passport for non-EU citizens
Credit card in the driver's name valid for at least 3 months; for the insurance excess, it is compulsory to present the credit card in the name of the main driver.

Items not included in the Protection Plans

Loss of keys
Loss of vehicle documentation
Fuel change and/or lack of fuel
Accessories hired on delivery of the vehicle (e.g. baby seat, GPS, Wifi, etc.)
Damage caused by the driver if they have been driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance prohibited by law. In these cases, the driver is responsible for paying all damages and expenses incurred as a result.
Excessive dirt inside the car
Damage or faults caused to the interior of the vehicle or locks as a result of misuse of the vehicle
Damage due to misuse of the gearbox and clutch
Damage to the underside of the chassis and roof as a result of misuse
Costs associated with fines and administrative case management fees
Protection of luggage or personal belongings, whether of the driver or other occupants of the vehicle
Use of the Vehicle for illicit purposes, according to particular conditions

Fuel policy

All our rentals follow the Full-Full fuel policy.

This means that you receive the car with a full tank and must return it with a full tank.
